Gragu rewards patient commitment. Start charging Staggering Blow when a target is recovering, occupied, or otherwise unable to punish the wind-up. A longer charge increases damage, but releasing it safely matters more than always reaching the longest possible charge.
During exploration, Revered Heart encourages steady forward momentum because defeated enemies replenish its healing resource. The same rule creates an important limitation during repeated boss attempts: an isolated arena may offer few or no nearby kills with which to replace spent recovery.
- Identify a safe opening
- Charge Staggering Blow
- Release before the opening closes
- Pressure the staggered target
- Replenish Revered Heart through kills
Practical Tips
- Begin charging Staggering Blow during an enemy’s recovery window rather than from neutral range.
- Hold the charge only while the opening remains safe.
- Use normal encounters to replenish Revered Heart before entering a dangerous area.
- Check the Heart’s remaining recovery resource before committing to a boss attempt.
- Avoid a long charge in a group unless nearby enemies are controlled or out of range.
