How to Get the Forgotten Crossbow
Find the Damp Key, then use it to open the locked room holding the Sidearm.
If Blackridge Pass Beacon is unlocked, start there. Otherwise, approach the same lower-crag area from Widow’s Overlook by following the descending path and rope bridges.
Find the stone arch covered by wooden boards and break the boards.
Use the archway to reveal or unblock the nearby stone tower entrance.
Enter the tower and descend. At the metal gate, break the nearby crates, find the wall plate, and open the route.
Take the elevator down into Flooded Village. As you pass the wooden scaffolding and main structure, remember the locked door.
Go to the elevated, torch-marked house at the rear of the flooded settlement and collect the Damp Key outside.
Return to the locked door and use the Damp Key.
Enter the room and pick up the Forgotten Crossbow.
After the pickup, a return portal or teleport point appears in the room.
