Travel from Gate of Mammon Beacon through Lonesome Spire into Sentry’s Grave, defeat the Subjugated Guardian in the final chamber, and receive the Ballistazooka automatically after the encounter.

  2. Enter the lower area of the Lonesome Spire structure.

  3. Follow the interior route into Sentry’s Grave.

  4. Continue through the dungeon to its final chamber.

  5. Reach the final chamber and defeat the Subjugated Guardian.

  6. Receive the Ballistazooka automatically after the encounter.
